The building is unlocked from 08:00 AM until 07:00 PM, Monday through Friday except for holidays. Seven (7) days per week, Security is on site 24 hours a day. Tenants have 24 hour access to the building though the key card system. All tenant access cards are to be used to enter the building after hours and on weekends.
The Management Office is located in Suite 600, directly next to the 6th floor Conference Room and is open from 8:30AM until 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday except for holidays. This office is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
For your convenience, the main office number, (312) 664.7777, is forwarded to the Security desk after hours and on weekends. If there is an emergency, the security officer will call the appropriate Management/Engineering personnel. If you desire to leave a message for someone in the management office, the Security Officer can forward you to the proper extension.

The following is a list of some of the services provided to tenants at an additional cost:
The building provides heating and air conditioning from 8:00 AM until 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and 8:00 AM until 1:00 PM on Saturday except legal holidays. Any tenant requiring heating and/or air conditioning beyond these hours can enter their service request online via the “Submit a Request” link at the bottom right of the Home Page or by calling the Management Office at (312) 664.7777. All after hours heating and/or air conditioning is at an additional charge of $75.00 per hour and must be requested at least 24-hours in advance of service or 48-hours for the weekends.
The building janitorial crew cleans the building and your office space on a nightly basis, Monday through Friday except legal holidays. Cleaning crews typically start at approximately 5:00 PM and may work until 1:00 AM. This includes trash removal, vacuuming the carpets, light dusting and any items thrown away that are clearly marked.

Yes, we strongly recommend that all building tenants carry their building access card at all times due to high security in the building. Your access card is required for elevator use and after-hours access to the building.
If you experience a power outage, please contact the Management Office immediately at (312) 664.7777. If it is after hours, your call will go directly to the Security Desk for assistance.
If required, contact the appropriate medical authorities and then contact the Management Office at (312) 664.7777. The Management staff will be able to promptly dispatch personnel to ensure that the medical authorities are directed to your space as quickly as possible, as well as, to ensure that an elevator is immediately available for the medical authorities use.
All deliveries should be directed to the loading dock. All major moves/deliveries must be scheduled in advance during non-business hours, after 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, all day Saturday, or all day Sunday. Access forms from the tenant and a current certificate of insurance from the mover are required prior to the delivery or pickup being approved by the Management Office. (Please refer to the building rules and regulations for further details).
All deliveries must utilize the building freight elevators; no deliveries will be permitted to use the passenger elevators.
